Guarantee:

The DVD’s are manufactured to a very high standard and we guarantee the DVD to be free of fault.

Right to cancel DVD:

Orders are usually dispatched by post on the same working day. Once the item is in the post and cancellation is requested, provided the item is returned to us at the address below by return of post, unopened and with the seal unbroken and the case undamaged, a full refund will be arranged less the cost of postage, handling costs and the credit card charges incurred by us, when the item is received and checked. You must contact sales@spinalmechanics.com to arrange for a return note and to pay for the postage incurred by us. We cannot be held responsible for goods returned to us without our prior authorisation.


In the unlikely event that the DVD is found to be of faulty manufacture:

Once the DVD seal wrap has been broken the DVD cannot be returned unless it is of faulty manufacture. You must contact sales@spinalmechanics.com and provide a reason why you think the DVD is faulty and to get a return note number. Do not return without a return number as we cannot be held responsible. On receipt  a full investigation will be made by Springfield Productions UK. Scratches, stains, deliberate spoiling and misuse by the customer will not be considered as faulty manufacture. If the DVD is found to be genuinely of faulty manufacture a new DVD will be sent. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the suspected faulty DVD in safe packaging and pay the cost of postage. It is recommended that if a fault in manufacture of the DVD is suspected, the customer plays the DVD back on another DVD machine as the cause could be due to dirty heads on the original DVD.


Right to cancel book purchased from this site:

Provided their is stock, orders are usually dispatched by post on the same working day. Once the item is in the post and cancellation is requested  you must contact us within seven days if you wish to cancel. Provided the item is returned to us at the address below by return of post, unopened and in new condition, a full refund will be arranged less the cost of postage, handling costs and the credit card charges incurred by us when the item has been received and checked. You must contact sales@spinalmechanics.com to arrange for a return note and to pay for the postage incurred by us. We cannot be held responsible for goods returned to us without our prior authorisation.  


Spam filter: If you have a spam filter it is your responsibility to make it capable of receiving emails from the above address.


Data protection:

We store and process customer data in accordance with the conditions stated by the data protection agency. None of your details are forwarded to third parties.You are entitled to delete your stored data. If you wish to do so, please inform sales@spinalmechanics.com or send us your request by post.

DVD Regions:

“Region 2” is the standard DVD format used in the UK.   America for example, use the “Region 1” format. A “multi-region” DVD player will play all regions.
